    You benefit from my experience
I've photographed over 500 weddings across southern England, France and Italy, so I know exactly how to make you look your very best. The only way you can have complete confidence in your wedding photographer is to hire someone who has learned the craft over many years. I've studied photography most of my life, from GCSE and A-Level right through to becoming a qualified member of the 'Master Photographers Association', 'The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers' and even the American based 'Wedding and Portrait Photographers International'. All this experience means you get photos that will stun you, but at prices that won't.

    Service that's all about you
I don't want you to worry about a thing. Whether it's your wedding or a portrait session I'm totally committed to providing you with photos you'll love. You're the boss so I'll take photos in the style you like, but I'm also full of ideas to make your photos special. I'm totally flexible and I'm no clock watcher - I'm finished when your happy. Take a quick look at my testimonials to see how other people feel about my service.

Wedding at The White Hart Great Yeldham

Just before Christmas 2011 I photographed a beautiful wedding at The White Hart in Great Yeldham. It was Kim and James’ wedding and they both had a really fantastic day.

Kim looked stunning in her bridal gown and, as to be expected, very excited about her day. The sun was shining too on this crisp December day.

I’d photographed Kim’s sisters wedding a number of years back along with quite a few of their friends. So it was lovely to see so many faces that I’d photographed before. A really great crowd.

During the wedding ceremony itself there wasn’t  a dry eye in the house. Even the registrar had to take a minute to compose herself at one point. I hadn’t seen that before. Kim & James make a lovely couple and the love between them can be seen a mile off.

A lovely touching wedding that looked fantastic. The banqueting suite looked stunning with lots of attention put into the details on the tables. Christmas trees, christmas decorations and a delicious looking cake display too.

Congratulations to Kim & James and heres hoping they have a great time on honeymoon too. I sure they will!

Here are a few pictures from their very special day. Enjoy!

A Good Samaritan!

I have proof that there are good samaritans out there! There I am sitting in the photography studio when I receive a phone call from Rose Bowry. She had been cycling to her work ( Belfairs High School, Leigh-on-Sea ) and, as a Royal Mail van drove past her, a parcel slid off the van roof ( almost knocking Rose off her bike )! Obviously the postman had left the parcel ( which was addressed to Robert Waite Photography ) on top of the van and forgot all about it and drove off! Rose picked it up and took it with her to work, tracked me down online and rung me to let me know! The parcel contained photographic prints from my photographic lab that were needed for Christmas orders. Rose’s actions saved me a lot of time messing about re-ordering the photographs. My clients received their prints in time to send them off as gifts for Christmas. Many thanks Rose – a true samaritan!
